OUR APPROACH TO QUALITY
OUR CERTIFICATIONS
Our educational approach is based on a three-way sharing of roles between the tutor, the self-learning tools and the learner, so that learners take an active part in their learning and fully commit to it. Our teaching methods are based primarily on active participation with a view to keeping students motivated.
Telelangue has everything in place to welcome, support and teach disabled learners as well as helping them to choose a suitable path. Our courses are fully accessible and we work hand in hand with those responsible for ensuring that all certification tests are equally accessible.
To comply with the French equal pay act (decree n° 2018-771 of 5 September 2018) “to give all the freedom to choose their career path”, companies with 50 or more employees must measure any pay gap between men and women and publish an annual professional equality index.
If their overall score, measured according to the defined indicators, is below 75 points out of 100, the companies concerned have 3 years to comply with requirements.
