Ownership of the website, agreement to conditions of use of the telelangue.com website

These terms and conditions of use (“Conditions of Use”) apply to the Telelangue website located at www.telelangue.com and all associated websites associated with www.telelangue.com by Telelangue and its subsidiaries, including Telelangue websites worldwide (all collectively referred to as the “website”). The website is the property of Telelangue and its licensers. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE IMPLIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE.
Telelangue reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove parts of these Conditions of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check for any changes to the Conditions of Use. By using the website after any changes have been declared you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to said changes.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos (collectively referred to as “content”) contained on the site are owned, controlled or licensed by or to Telelangue, and are protected by trade named, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

Indemnities

Should Telelangue take legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Conditions of Use, Telelangue will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable lawyers’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other compensation granted to Telelangue. You agree that Telelangue will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the website as a result of any violation of these Conditions of Use.

Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

Any claim under these Conditions of Use must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action shall be barred. Claims made under the separate terms and conditions of purchase for goods and services are not subject to this limitation. No recovery may be sought or received for damages other than out-of-pocket expenses, except that the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and lawyers’ fees. In the event of any controversy or dispute between Telelangue and you arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, the parties shall attempt, promptly and in good faith, to resolve any such dispute. If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within a reasonable time (not to exceed thirty (30) days), then either party may submit such controversy or dispute to mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law.

Void Where Prohibited by Law

Telelangue administers and operates the www.telelangue.com website and other affiliated websites from its premises at Ivry sur Seine, France. Although the website is accessible worldwide, not all features, products or services discussed, referenced, delivered or offered through or on the website are available to all persons or in all geographical locations, or appropriate or available for use outside Europe. Telelangue reserves the right to limit, at its sole discretion, the provision and quantity of any feature or service to any person or geographical area. Any offer for any feature or service made on the website is void where prohibited. Should you choose to access the website from outside Europe, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

Miscellaneous

You may not use, export or re-export any content or any copy or adaptation of such content, or any service offered on the website, in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Telelangue allows access to Telelangue international data which, therefore, may contain references or cross references to Telelangue programmes and services that are not announced in your country. Such reference does not imply that Telelangue intends to announce such programmes or services in your country.
