World Speaking has more than 800 native language teachers around the world who give telephone and e-learning classes 24/7. They are selected via a rigorous recruitment process and are kept constantly up-to-date through internal training and newsletters.
All our instructors have vast experience in corporate training and hold a recognized certificate for teaching languages (TEFL/CELTA for English, ELE for Spanish, DAEFLE for French, etc.). Many have knowledge of a foreign language enabling them to work more easily with trainees of a beginner level.
To carry on the excellence of our Blended Learning method, teachers benefit from a continuous training procedure:
- Induction training on our methods and platforms;
- A validation session at the end of their probation period;
- Regular feedback sessions on the results of quality questionnaires and students’ progress;
- monthsOn-hand pedagogical support and advice from our their trainers and R & D service; and
- Ad hoc training before the launch of a new technology.
